TSAC Engineering is looking for a motivated, and dependable Survey Analyst to join our expanding firm. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and skills necessary for this position.
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience

Auto CADD / Civil 3D proficiency
-
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Job Responsibilities
-
Perform construction staking calculations
-
Analyze and review work of survey crews
-
Interpret engineering design plans for construction staking calculations
-
Analyze title reports and legal descriptions
-
Perform record map and document research
-
Prepare plat and legal descriptions
-
Prepare record boundary and easement maps
-
Assist in preparation of Tentative Maps, Parcel Maps, Final Maps, Records of Survey, and ALTA documents
