ABOUT US

TSAC Engineering provides Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, and Construction Management services throughout Southern California. The two principals have been instrumental in the design of many large San Diego legacy master planned communities, including Fairbanks Ranch, Eastlake, and Santa Luz. We have extensive pipeline experience with the City of San Diego, on both sewer and water projects. TSAC staff are experts in all aspects of subdivision design, from the entitlement process through final plans and construction. Our Professional Land Surveyors are experts in boundary and easement analysis.  Our Field Surveyors are outfitted with state of the art equipment and years of experience to provide exemplary service at a reasonable cost.
