The TSAC Program Management team assists clients from plan development through bidding and construction on a wide range of projects.  We add sub-consultants to our team, as necessary, to comprehensively meet our clients' project implementation needs.  This includes value engineering, construction quality control, and material testing for quality assurance.  We track budgets, manage contracts, and monitor schedule conformance to assure an on-time, in-budget project completion.
